Regil Village Hall, The Street, Regil, Winford, BS40 8BD
At the heart of our community
Regil Village Hall is a great venue for a wide range of functions. It is located in the centre of the village and is available for hire. It has been the location for many happy and memorable events including dinners, dances, theatrical performances, fashion shows, jubilee celebrations, weddings and quiz nights.
The hall has been renovated with a sprung wooden floor, new heaters and full kitchen facilities. Apart from the main hall which can seat 160 people in rows or 120 at tables, there is a good sized stage, green room, bar and kitchen. First built of corrugated iron and timber in 1925, rebuilt in 1982, and recently extended to include a Green Room next to the stage, the hall is a community building managed by a committee of village residents who are elected each year, and overseen by a board of trustees (Keith Pletts, Ben Keedwell, John Deane and Denise Cutlan).

Regil's Year of Nature 2025!
In 2025, we plan to celebrate a Year of Nature in Regil - recognising our wonderful natural landscape and championing local species and wildlife.
Over the coming months, we will host and facilitate a variety of nature-inspired community events and activities and welcome everyone to join us and get involved.
Plans are afoot for bird box and bug house building, wildflower and herb walks, wreath making, plant swaps, shed swap/sale, open gardens, a village camp out, a return of Regil's legendary 'Apple Day' and a summer Festival of Nature celebration.
Across the year, there will be a notebook outside the village hall to share interesting wildlife flora and fauna sightings, please do jot down anything you see. Likewise, be sure to take document your achievements in photos and videos as we plan to create a display at the end of the year to celebrate the nature we've seen and supported.
Take a loot at the events tab to see what's going on and do get in contact if you'd like to be involved.
