FACILITIES & EQUIPMENT
  • Regil Hall is suitable for a variety of uses and events. It has a new sprung wooden dance floor, a raised stage with curtains and adjoining green room (separate outside entrance).
  • Heating: our new infra-red heating system provides quick and highly effective heating.
  • A decorative canopy can be suspended from the ceiling for special events (included free for wedding hire).
  • Folding tables (seating 8) are stored at the side of the stage. (Please do not put hot serving dishes directly onto the tables.) There are also folding card tables available.
  • Upholstered dining chairs are stacked in 10s at the front of the hall. (Please use the trolley to move these chairs around the hall.)
  • Brown plastic chairs for use at children's parties are available.
  • There is an upright piano which may be used.
  • The bar is at the back of the hall, with a serving hatch through to the kitchen (access to both areas via the entrance hallway).
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, cooker, warming cupboard, quick-cycle dishwasher, kettles and hot water urn.
  • There are ample supplies of crockery, cutlery and glasses, and a more limited range of cooking equipment, serving dishes and utensils.
  • There is a small cloakroom off the entrance hallway, with some hanging space.
  • There are separate men's and women's WCs (toilets and hand basins).
  • Disabled facilities: there is a removable disabled ramp for the step up to the front door stored in the cloakroom. We regret that we do not have a full disabled toilet.
